What is in the template
The sample quote is laid out the way this kind of deal is usually priced: two fixed-fee phases, an hourly implementation block and a final session included at no charge. Each line has a quantity, a unit, a unit price and its own discount column, and the Excel version calculates the line totals, the list total, the discounts and the final total for you.
Below the line items you will find sample terms, a field for the expiration date and a signature block for both parties. All names and prices are fictional.
Tips for this kind of quote
- Separate fixed-fee phases from time-and-materials work so the buyer knows which number can move.
- Put the invoicing schedule for each phase in the terms.
- Show anything you are including at no charge as a line with a 100% discount, so its value is visible.
