How it works

How forquotez works

You build a quote form once, then run it live on every sales call. The buyer watches the price change as you adjust seats, add-ons and terms, and you send the finished quote for signature before the call ends.

1. Build your quote form

A quote form is a reusable template made of pricing blocks. Drag in the blocks you sell with: flat rates, per-seat lines, tier selectors, volume packages, one-time fees, optional add-ons and a total. Set minimums, lock them behind a manager PIN, and add discount rules. Start from a blank form or one of the starter templates.

2. Present it live on the call

Share your screen and open the form in the runner. As the buyer tells you what they need, you change the quote in front of them: more seats, a different tier, an add-on in or out, a discount on one line, a two-year term. The totals update as you go, so the buyer always sees what they are paying for and why.

3. Save, send and sign

Save the quote and it is frozen exactly as presented. It becomes a branded PDF and a share link, and it is attached to the deal in the built-in CRM. Send it for e-signature by email. Each signer draws or types a signature, and the signed PDF is compiled with an audit certificate.
