What is in the template
The sample quote is laid out the way this kind of deal is usually priced: a platform subscription, per-seat pricing with a seat discount, an optional add-on and a one-time onboarding fee. Each line has a quantity, a unit, a unit price and its own discount column, and the Excel version calculates the line totals, the list total, the discounts and the final total for you.
Below the line items you will find sample terms, a field for the expiration date and a signature block for both parties. All names and prices are fictional.
Tips for this kind of quote
- Show seats as their own line so the buyer can see what one more user costs.
- Keep one-time fees such as onboarding separate from recurring charges.
- State the contract term and billing frequency next to the total, and show the total contract value for multi-year deals.

From template to live quote
A downloaded template is fixed once you send it. If the buyer wants a different quantity or asks for a discount, you edit the file and send it again. With live presentation mode you make that change on the call while they watch, then send the saved quote for e-signature. Try it on the interactive sample quote.
Open this as an interactive quote in forquotez and present it on your next call.
