Quoting software for SaaS sales teams

forquotez lets SaaS reps present pricing live on a screen share instead of emailing a PDF after the call. You change seats, plan tier, add-ons, billing cycle and contract term while the buyer watches the totals and Total Contract Value update, then save the quote and send it for signature by email.

The quoting problem SaaS sales teams have

SaaS pricing has a lot of moving parts. Seats, plan tier, add-on modules, monthly versus annual billing, a multi-year term and an implementation fee all change the number the buyer cares about.

Most teams handle this in a spreadsheet or a CRM quote form after the call. The buyer asks "what if we start with 20 seats instead of 35?" and the answer arrives a day later as a new PDF. Each round trip gives the deal time to cool.

Discounting is the other problem. Reps improvise a blended discount, a manager approves it in chat, and nobody can see afterward which line was discounted or why.

How a live SaaS pricing call works with forquotez

  1. Build the form once. Start from the SaaS Subscription starter template in the quote builder and set up your plans, seat pricing, add-ons and fees as blocks.
  2. Open the runner and share your screen. The live presentation mode shows the quote full screen with a running total in the sidebar.
  3. Start with billing cycle. Flip the billing toggle between monthly and annual so the buyer sees the annual discount applied to every affected line.
  4. Size the deal together. Step the seat count up or down, pick the plan tier and switch add-on modules on or off. Totals update as you click.
  5. Handle the discount in the open. Apply a per-line discount as a percent or a dollar amount, either every period or as a one-time first-invoice credit. Discounts past your set limits need a manager PIN.
  6. Set the term and save. Choose a contract term, confirm the Total Contract Value, save the quote and send it for signature by emailed link.

The saved quote is a frozen snapshot. Changing your price list later never alters a quote you already sent or a document that was signed.

Features that matter most for SaaS teams

  • Multi-year terms with TCV. Pick a term from 1 to 60 months and the quote shows Total Contract Value on the runner, the share page and the PDF. See multi-year contracts and TCV.
  • Packages and a compare table. Offer prebuilt plans side by side, then switch to a custom quote when the buyer wants something in between. See packages and the compare table.
  • Limited-time pricing. Put an expiration date and a countdown on the buyer's quote. When the deadline passes, prices roll back to the regular rate. See quote expiration.
  • Native e-signature. Multiple signers, signing order, reminders and an audit trail are built in. See e-signatures.
  • HubSpot sync. Look up a contact to pre-fill the quote, push the deal with line items and attach the signed PDF. See the HubSpot integration.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change seat counts during the call?

Yes. Per-seat blocks have plus and minus steppers in the runner, and the monthly total, one-time total and Total Contract Value update as you click.

How do I stop reps from over-discounting?

You set locked minimums and discount limits on the form. A rep who needs to go past them has to enter a manager PIN, so the exception is a deliberate decision and not an accident.

Does forquotez integrate with our CRM?

forquotez has its own built-in CRM and a HubSpot integration. There is no Salesforce or Pipedrive integration today. The Enterprise plan includes a REST API and outbound webhooks for custom connections.

What happens to old quotes when we change pricing?

Nothing. Every saved quote is a frozen snapshot, so editing a form later does not change existing quotes or signed documents.

How is forquotez priced for a sales team?

Plans are a flat monthly price per team with a user cap, not a per-seat fee. Professional is $179 per month for up to 25 users, and there is a free 30-day trial with no credit card required.
