Quoting software for media and advertising sales
forquotez lets media and advertising sellers build a campaign package live with the advertiser on the call. You combine sponsorship levels, impression packages, spots and production fees while the monthly cost and total campaign value update on screen, then send the quote for signature by email.

The quoting problem media sales teams have
An ad buy is a bundle. One advertiser wants a sponsorship plus display impressions. The next wants a newsletter placement, a few audio spots and creative help. The rate card lives in a PDF and the math lives in a spreadsheet only one person fully understands.
So the rep takes notes on the call, builds the package afterward and emails it over. The advertiser replies asking for a smaller version, and the cycle repeats. Campaign start dates are fixed, which means every lost day comes out of the selling window.
Advertisers also want to see how the package is put together. A single bundled price invites a request for a blanket discount. An itemized package lets you trade inventory instead.
How a live advertiser call works with forquotez
- Turn your rate card into a form. In the quote builder, add a block for each kind of inventory you sell and group them with section dividers.
- Share the runner. Open the form in live presentation mode and share your screen.
- Pick the anchor placement. Choose the sponsorship level first so the advertiser sees the base of the package.
- Add inventory together. Select an impressions package, step the spot count up or down and switch on extra placements. The monthly total moves with each choice.
- Set the campaign length. Choose a contract term, such as 3 or 6 months, and the quote shows the Total Contract Value for the whole campaign.
- Put a date on the offer. Add an expiration date, or limited-time pricing with a countdown, then save the quote and send it for signature by emailed link.

Features that matter most for media sellers
- Volume packages and card pickers. Volume package blocks handle impression bundles. Card pickers let the advertiser choose one placement or several, with each choice added as its own line.
- Contract terms and TCV. A campaign term turns a monthly figure into a total campaign value on the runner, the share page and the PDF. See contract terms and TCV.
- Quote expiration. Inventory is perishable, so a dated offer is honest. When limited-time pricing passes its deadline, prices roll back to the regular rate. See quote expiration and limited-time pricing.
- Packages and a compare table. Offer ready-made campaign packages side by side for advertisers who do not want to build from scratch. See packages and the compare table.
- Native e-signature. Send the insertion order for signature from the same tool, with an audit trail. See e-signatures.

Frequently asked questions
Can I quote a short campaign instead of an annual contract?
Yes. Contract terms of 1, 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months are available, and the quote shows Total Contract Value for the term you pick.
Can I offer value-added inventory at no charge?
Yes. You can show a line as included, or apply a per-line discount so the advertiser sees the regular rate and the reduced price on the same line.
What happens when a limited-time offer expires?
The countdown on the advertiser quote ends and prices roll back to the regular rate. You do not have to edit the quote by hand.
Can the advertiser and our sales manager both sign?
Yes. A signature request can have multiple signers with a signing order, and each signer receives their own emailed link.
