Use case
Quoting software for MSPs
forquotez lets managed service providers present per-user and per-device pricing live with the client. You adjust user counts, security tier and add-ons on a shared screen, show the Total Contract Value for a multi-year agreement, then send the quote for signature by email.

The quoting problem MSPs have
A managed services agreement is counted in users, devices and servers, layered with a security package, backup and a one-time onboarding project. The counts are rarely final when you first talk price.
The usual result is a quote built after the assessment and emailed as a PDF. The client comes back with "we actually have 46 users" or "can we skip the compliance add-on," and you rebuild it. Every revision is a chance for an arithmetic error on a contract that runs for years.
Multi-year terms add another gap. The client sees a monthly number and does not connect it to the full commitment until the agreement arrives for signature.
How a live MSP pricing call works with forquotez
- Build your services form once. In the quote builder, add per-unit blocks for users and devices, a tier selector for your security package and one-time fees for onboarding.
- Share the runner. Open the form in live presentation mode on your review call.
- Confirm the counts together. Step users, workstations and servers up or down. An included list can show the current counts and update as they change.
- Choose the security tier and add-ons. Pick the tier and click optional services on or off. Baseline services stay locked with an "Included" badge.
- Show the term. Select 12, 24 or 36 months and the quote shows Total Contract Value, including the onboarding fee.
- Save and send. Save the quote, then send it for signature by emailed link. The client gets a branded PDF and a share link.
Sample quote structure

Features that matter most for MSPs
- Multi-year terms with TCV. Terms run from 1 to 60 months, and TCV appears on the runner, the share page and every PDF. See multi-year contracts and TCV.
- Locked minimums. Going below a locked minimum or past a gated discount takes a manager PIN, which protects your margin on the call.
- Packages and a compare table. Show two or three service bundles side by side before you customize. See packages and the compare table.
- Native e-signature. The agreement goes out for signature from the same tool, with reminders and an audit trail. See e-signatures.
- Built-in CRM and reporting. Track each quote against a deal and review sent, viewed and signed counts per rep. See built-in CRM and reporting.
To check the size of a multi-year agreement before the call, use the TCV and ACV calculator.
Frequently asked questions
Can I price per user and per device on the same quote?
Yes. Add one per-unit block for each thing you count and give each its own unit label and rate. Each has its own quantity stepper in the runner.
Does the quote show the full value of a 36-month agreement?
Yes. With a contract term set, the quote shows Total Contract Value, calculated as the monthly total times the term, plus one-time fees, minus one-time credits.
Does forquotez connect to our PSA or RMM tool?
There is no prebuilt PSA or RMM integration. The Enterprise plan includes a REST API and outbound webhooks that your team can use to build a connection.
Can I waive the onboarding fee without lowering the monthly rate?
Yes. Apply a per-line discount to the onboarding line, or use a one-time first-invoice credit, and the recurring lines keep their full monthly price.
How is forquotez priced?
Plans are a flat monthly price per team with a user cap, not a per-seat fee. Starter is $49 per month for up to 5 users, with a free 30-day trial and no credit card required.
